free online courses for customers

A range of free online courses are available to believe housing tenants during the coronavirus pandemic.

believe housing’s employability experts can now help customers improve their employment prospects safely at home. A variety of free online courses are being offered to anyone who is unemployed or looking to find more sustainable work.

The courses can be completed on a laptop, tablet or desktop computer. The only other equipment needed is a phone. The courses include a variety of Level 1 and Level 2 qualifications and are open to anyone aged 16 or over.

Senior Employability Coordinator at believe housing, Claire Maddison, said: “Even during the coronavirus pandemic, we’re doing all we can to help customers into new, or better, work.

“There are still jobs out to be had and it has never been a better time to improve your skills. We’re still offering all of the same advice and support too, by using video calls, emails and phone calls instead of face-to-face meetings. So, whether you’re looking for help writing a CV or literally don’t know where to turn next for work, please get in touch.”
